Whenever travelers tell me about their adventures in South America, Peru usually comes up as one of the highlights, so in my first long trip to South America I figured I have to stop by and have a look. I know, Lima isn’t the most exciting place in Peru, but I figured I should atleast stop over to see what it has to offer and prepare for other adventures.
It had more to offer than I expected. The more posh safer neighborhoods are colorful and lively, and it’s very easy to get around to the other neighborhoods to explore, with caution. Got to see quite a bit in my short time there, and thought it was all quite lovely and welcoming.
