Mdina is an 8th century fortified town near the center of Malta, with well preserved city walls and picturesque old city streets. We came in for a few hours to catch some of the local attractions, one of those the strange dungeon exhibition of old tortures (see far down below), and then enjoyed panoramic views of the region from a restaurant cafe set on the walls overlooking the north.
