Uminonakamichi Seaside Park on the northern part of Fukuoka is a gorgeous park with large fields of flowers, playgrounds, and children activities. It occupies a very large area, so you can easily walk around and explore for half to full day, and just take it all in. Fukuoka itself it’s very pretty, but that park and the northern side, are very charming and pleasant. The Japanese do know how to do parks and flowers. There is also an aquarium and amusement park nearby, if you’re into that sort of thing.
Shall we stroll around the park?
