One of the first things I did in Boston, just before following the famous Freedom Trail, is a wharf walk. The walking tour generally does the harborwalk from the Rowes Wharf heading up north all the way to the US Coast Guard base near the Fairmont Battery Wharf, occasionally stepping out a bit to see a bit of Atlantic Avenue and Commercial Street.
August weather was great, people were smiley and friendly and the entire walk pleasant, beautiful and quite peaceful.
Walk with me…
(Notice that man jumping off the redbull diving board?)
