Technion is a university in northern Israel at the city of Haifa. It’s considered the regional MIT, of sorts, focusing mainly on engineering, technology, and exact sciences, though also accommodating other fields, like business/economics. I recently visited the Technion for the first time, and before my meetings did a quick tour of the campus, and later stayed a bit longer to explore Haifa. They’re up on a hill, and so have some nice views of the Haifa port and the coastline from above.
Shall we tour around?
And, nearby, in Haifa are the Bahai gardens in the old German colony area.
