I’ve visited quite a bit in Mexico City and so in my last quick stopover I wanted to see something a bit off the tourist track, and was looking for something a bit different. What I found was La Mexicana Park, a large modern park on the west side of Mexico City. Surrounded by contemporary funky architecture of the Santa Fe buildings, it’s a great place for a stroll, get a nice brunch, and escape the hectic city. They did a really nice job with the design of this place, wide open spaces, good facilities, lots of green and some blue. Shows the great potential Mexico City has.
Let’s take a morning walk…
