Zhuhai is a quick ferry ride trip from Hong Kong, and with the new bridge connecting Hong Kong and Macau, you can even get there with a bus ride. I’ve honestly never given Zhuahi much thought, but when I decided to go visit for some circus acrobat festival that took place in the city, it turned out there were surprisingly quite a few things to do in Zhuhai.
I love cable cars, so when I heard there was one, ofcourse I had to go check it out, and it’s set within a very large park with lots of things for families to do, including a few short “hike” walks on mountain top and around the lake. Not too far away is Zhuhai’s recognizable tourist attraction of the coastline mermaid, which is now surrounded by Scifi looking opera house and posh shopping area, showing how far China has come in recent years.
Let’s go up for some views of Zhuhai from above…
