Lisbon is gorgeous. I last visited around February, and although it was mostly cloudy it was for the most part pleasant and without rain. And so every time that I would head up the hills to see the city from above the city would emerge in full glory with heavy clouds in the background with just enough sunlight to see the full range of Portuguese architecture colors. You don’t need a fancy camera or photoshop tricks to capture beautiful shots of this city.
Based in the center of the old town I went up on my first day to the visit the Castelo de Sao Jorge down to the south-east and up the mountain and then made my way down slowly through the lovely streets and observation decks towards the pantheon.
Join me for a walk visiting three highlights with nice city views…
