I had a month to go explore Central America moving between jobs, and took the opportunity to visit Cuba for almost two weeks, a destination I’ve been meaning to go visit for a long time. First stop, Havana, the capital, the center and by far the most developed of the cities in the country, for better or worse. It’s a fascinating place, full of contradictions. It’s looking run-down but beautiful, full of charm if you can somehow overcome the tourist traps and cliches. Lots to see and do, much to explore, it can keep you busy for a few days.
So, I’ll start with a photowalk of my few days in Havana, and will go into more detail later on. Here are my visions of Havana Cuba…
