Didn’t have nearly enough time to explore beautiful Seville, but I did manage to see many of the highlights, with a walking tour around the old city and the very grand Plaza de Espana. The old city is a very big area surrounding the Iglesia del Salvador cathedral, and you could easily spend several hours roaming around the area and still not cover it all. It’s got old Spanish architecture, grand cathedrals, lots of shopping, coffee shops and restaurants, and plenty of terrific museums. It’s a truly grand European colonial capital and the Spanish vibe gives it a special sparkle.
