During the Hong Kong Flower Show @Victoria Park I came across something really interesting – posted thanksgiving cards. Most of them were in Chinese, but every here and there I found an English card, and they were very interesting to read. Since they were posted in the public, I hope they’ll excuse me posting them here and sharing those with you.
Ever wondered what the average Hong Kong wishes for? let’s assume this is representative in someway of the general population. Have a look…
“I hope can find someone really love me and I also love. And important is I want earn more money in this years”
“Thanks. Good. Give my good Life hope Wishing my Good healty be happy more lucky also more beauty”
”I wish I can pass the selective test so I can get a meduim size doggie”
“I wish my parents will live a long peaceful life (and have a) X”
”For my special boyFriend ‘WAHID’ love me 4 6 years ‘I love you miss u always’”
”I wish that there is smooth victory to university and maths”
